It's Snack Time! What's a healthy snack during the pregnancy months?
Time: Under 5 minute prep + serve
Ingredients:
Your favorite kind apple (aka gala or pink lady)
A Spreadable butter that you enjoy (aka peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter)
Flax Seed + Chia Seed Mix
Instructions:
Core and Slice your apple into 6-8 wedges
Use an Ice Cream Scoop or Spoon to scoop a dollop of your desired butter onto the plate
Arrange the apples in a circle around the butter
Sprinkle the flax see + chia seed mix over your desired butter
